Order Handling and Delivery

Australian customers:

Orders will be delivered by Fastway Couriers and charges will be determined at the time of placing your order. Please ensure that when placing an order that you provide us with a delivery address as our courier service will not deliver to a Post Office box. If the courier is unable to deliver, they will leave a delivery notification card. It is your responsibility to liaise with the courier company to receive your goods. Any customers outside the courier service delivery area will have their order sent with Australia Post. Packages are sent by Parcel Post so if you require a different service with tracking/insurance etc, please advise us at the time of ordering and these additional charges will be added to your shipping cost.

International customers:

Orders will be delivered by Australia Post and charges will be determined at the time of placing your order. Orders are sent by Airmail so if you require a different service with tracking/insurance etc, please advise us at the time of ordering and these additional charges will be added to your shipping cost.

Please be aware that we will do our utmost to fulfil your order at all times. However, due to product demand and other circumstances out of our control, we may be unable to supply the product and/or quantities that you have requested. We will always notify you if we are in short supply of a particular product. We will send out any part of your order that can be fulfilled with those products in short supply placed on back order. We can supply back orders via sea shipment or you can choose to have your products sent in on an air shipment at an additional cost.
