Refunds

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will happily refund or exchange your items provided you meet the following conditions:

  • In the case of goods returned that are not faulty we will only accept them if they are undamaged and in original packaging. We can refuse returned goods if there is any indication that they do not meet this criteria.
  • Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
  • Unless the product is faulty the cost of sending the goods back to us will be your responsibility.
  • In the case of requesting a refund your goods will be refunded less delivery fees.

When returning your goods we recommend that you use an insured delivery service as we will not be held responsible for any goods lost or damaged in transit.

Please note that any refunds required due to a customer’s change of mind or from providing Form Line with an incorrect order may incur a 5% handling fee for the value of the returned goods.

Form Line Pty Ltd is proud to source and supply products that are of the highest quality. If you believe an item you have ordered is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your goods. Products that are found to be faulty as a result of a manufacturing defect will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Form Line’s management once the faulty product has been returned. We recommend that you use an insured delivery service when you are making a return as we will not be held responsible for any goods lost or damaged in transit.
